Medium-Term Management Plan

We have prepared the Medium-Term Management Plan (for the fiscal years ending October 2026 through October 2028) using a rolling planning approach.

Mid- to Long-Term Vision

We aim to be a global leader in delivering the world's best ramen through organic growth in our domestic business and proactive expansion of our international business, and we are targeting a 50% share of the global ramen market over the medium to long term.

Medium-term management plan through FY2028 and long-term targets for 50 percent market share in domestic and overseas ramen markets

Basic Strategy

Under this Medium-Term Management Plan, we aim to achieve net sales of ¥63.0 billion and operating profit of ¥6.3 billion in the fiscal year ending October 2028. Through the expansion of our Company-Owned Store Business and Produced Store Business, as well as the promotion of digital transformation (DX), we seek to achieve sustainable growth.
