Medium-Term Management Plan

We have prepared the Medium-Term Management Plan (for the fiscal years ending October 2026 through October 2028) using a rolling planning approach.

Mid- to Long-Term Vision

Through the organic growth of our domestic business and the proactive expansion of our overseas operations, we aim to achieve a 50% share of the global ramen market over the medium to long term and become a company that delivers the finest ramen to customers around the world.

Diagram presenting the medium- to long-term management plan, targeting growth from FY2025 to FY2028: revenue from ¥35.8 billion to ¥63.0 billion, operating profit from ¥3.3 billion to ¥6.3 billion, and store count from 901 to 1,316. It shows a strategy to strengthen overseas operations on the foundation of stable domestic growth, with a long-term goal of reaching 50% market share in both domestic and overseas ramen markets under the vision of becoming a company that delivers the best ramen worldwide.

Basic Strategy

Under this Medium-Term Management Plan, we aim to achieve net sales of ¥63.0 billion and operating profit of ¥6.3 billion in the fiscal year ending October 2028. Through the expansion of our Company-Operated Restaurant Business and Produce Business, as well as the promotion of digital transformation (DX), we seek to achieve sustainable growth.
