CEO Message

Fiscal year ending October 2025 was a challenging year for the restaurant industry, marked by continued cost-push pressures such as rising raw material prices, logistics costs, and labor expenses, compounded further by the impact of weather conditions.

Even under such circumstances, our group remained focused on serving customers directly in front of us, while continuing to refine QSCA (Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Atmosphere) at our directly operated stores, steadily opening new locations, and expanding our produce business. We believe that these accumulated efforts at each individual store ultimately led to our solid business performance.

Over the three years beginning with the fiscal year ending October 2026, we will build on the foundation we have established so far and aim for further growth.

In Japan, we will optimize business hours, review operations, and utilize digital technologies such as AI to improve both productivity and customer satisfaction.
Overseas, we will focus on establishing store models in each region centered on directly operated stores and building the foundation for multi-store expansion. In addition, by sharing the expertise cultivated through these initiatives at directly operated stores with produce stores and franchise stores, we will further support the success of our partners while pursuing growth in both our directly operated and produce businesses.

What our group aims for is “to deliver the world’s best ramen across the globe.”

To achieve this vision, we will steadily expand store openings while thoroughly enhancing the quality of each individual store in Japan, and overseas we will continue expanding while carefully assessing the scale and characteristics of each market.
We also believe that people are what support this growth. By strengthening recruitment, improving employee retention, and reviewing our training systems, we will create an environment where each individual can demonstrate their abilities at an early stage, leading to further enhancement of on-site capabilities.

Through these initiatives, we aim to achieve sustainable growth and, in the long term, establish a dominant position with a 50% share of the global ramen market.

Lastly, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who supports our group’s business activities on a daily basis.
Under the philosophy of “Happiness, from oneself,” we will continue dedicating ourselves to every bowl while striving for sustainable growth and enhanced corporate value.

We sincerely appreciate your continued support.
